– Prepare zaalouk veggies by grilling and peeling them off, chop them and preferably finish it off and keep refrigerated.
– Bake bread or alternatively buy it, you will use it for eating zaalouk dip and lamb tagine.

– Caramelize prune in cinnamon, honey, and a bit of orange blossom
– Boil, Peel, and fry your almond.
