Melawi-Moroccan Layered Pastry

Description

Melawi or Meloui is a traditional Moroccan coiled, multi–layered pastry made by folding together multiple layers of dough and butter and cooked until crispy and flaky on the outside. It is typically served as a breakfast pastry with honey, cheese, olives, and olive/argan oil, but can also be accompanied with main dishes.

We prepare our food in an environment where all these allergens (Celery, Cereals Containing Gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Nuts (Tree nuts), Peanuts, Sesame, Soya, Sulphur Dioxide (Sulphites)), and other dairy products are used.
We also use products that are produced in factories that handle all of the above 14 allergens.  As a result, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from any of these allergens.
